At REE Medical, our role is solely focused on facilitating the connection between veterans and independent licensed medical professionals. These professionals are experienced in issuing thorough Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs). We strictly adhere to the regulations outlined in Chapter 59 of Title 38, United States Code, and sections 14.626-14.637 of Title 38, Code of Federal Regulations, which govern the assistance provided to claimants seeking VA benefits. At REE Medical, we do not engage in activities such as preparing, presenting, or prosecuting benefit claims. This is to ensure that we maintain our neutrality and focus on our core service of connecting veterans with qualified medical professionals. Our services do not involve filing initial claims for VA benefits, requesting further reviews of decisions, or appealing to the Board of Veterans’ Appeals. Our focus is solely on practices related to the VA’s adjudication process for benefits claims.


Our Approach:
  1. Connecting Veterans with Qualified Professionals: REE Medical serves as a neutral third-party medical coordination company, facilitating connections between veterans and private licensed medical professionals who can provide comprehensive DBQs. These professionals are well-versed in documenting veterans’ symptoms and conditions accurately.
  2. Transparent Pricing: We maintain transparent and reasonable flat fees for our services. Our fees cover the expediency in providing detailed and accurate medical evidence needed by the VA to make fair and accurate disability rating decisions.
  3. Quality and Neutrality: REE Medical ensures that veterans receive quality and neutral DBQs. We do not make promises to veterans regarding the outcome of their disability claims. Instead, we focus on connecting them with qualified medical professionals who can provide accurate documentation.
  4. Non-Contingent Fees: REE Medical’s transparent and reasonable flat fees, as well as the per-examination fees paid to physicians and clinics, are never contingent on a veteran’s success in securing an increased rating and are never deducted from a veteran’s back pay.
  5. Respect for Privacy: REE Medical respects veterans’ privacy by not accessing, assisting with, or monitoring their eBenefits accounts. We never request veterans’ eBenefits login credentials or bank account information.
